These 1:100 scale models are primarily supplied to Architects and their Clients. The finished model is generally used to assist in the displaying, explaining and visualisation of the finished design.
Models feature all internal walls, stairs, openings etc. we also provide a selection of furniture if required by Clients. The external features of these models include realistic textures like Paving, Roofing, Screens and Landscaping. Doors or Windows are cutouts and Pools are featured in a simulated blue water texture. The entire project is built on an accurately contoured site and sprayed off-white to assist in highlighting construction detail.
